TIPS:
While calling:
Include if you are a resident. Give name and contact info (ie, address, neighborhood, or phone numbers) as you feel comfortable.
Read through the whole script—do not give them a chance to cut you off! Try to stick to your scripts so that the main points of a unified message are sent without pushing for reformist reforms!
If they say they are tallying or will pass on a message, make sure they repeat the demands back to you!
If jamming with other people dialing by hand, start at different points in the contact list – each start somewhere random on the list and then go in order from there!
If there is any important information to note as you are calling (i.e. number doesn't work, person transferred you somewhere else, preference to email, notes on their response if they pick up, etc.) please comment them in the Response Form here.
Leave a message if you have to. Ask to be transferred to someone else if nobody is available.
